The Toyama Prefecture Western Region Tourism Council provides the pictures on the understanding that the users are subject to the terms and conditions.
Since the images in the photo library are images, please download them from the home page of the respective city or tourism association.
(Some images will be duplicated)
The copyright is held by each city or tourism association.
If it is used for publications it is considered to have rights of use.
When using the image, please post the name of the local government body or facility (scenery).

① Sale or lease of downloaded images or manufacture or sale of commercialized items based on downloaded images
(including digital data collections, calendars, postcards for sale, and photograph collections) . - ② Recordings for collection of materials for the purpose of distribution of images and attachments or distribution via mailing lists or email magazines that send a large number of same emails.
- ③ Illegal or misleading actions using image data, actions that cause damage to the council actions that cause damage to the concerned council, object, or actions contrary to public order or morality.
- ④ The use of images shall be the responsibility of the user, and the council shall not be liable for any damage caused by the use of images.
If the user intentionally or negligently causes damage to the city or tourism association when using the images included in the photo library, the city or tourism association may claim compensation for any damage thus caused.
